**About Us**:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Salesperson to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for generating leads, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and closing sales.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prospect and identify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and online research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and offer solutions that align with our products/services.
- Present and demonstrate our offerings to prospective clients effectively, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly targets.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in hospitality or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated and proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
- Availability to work 20 hours per week on a flexible schedule.

**Benefits**:

- Weekly retainer of 20 hours per week at $700 + superannuation
- Commission based bonuses for sales, trailing commissions, bonus on temp hours brought in
- Use of phone, laptop, and company car
- Flexible work schedule with the option to work remotely.
