We are currently seeking Sales and Marketing Manager position for Kangaroo Island, South Australia.

**Location**: American River, Kangaroo Island, South Australia.

**Salary**: $70,000 - $75,000 plus superannuation

**Job Type**: Full-time Permanent

**Responsibilities**:
As a Sales and Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our business. Your responsibilities will include:
**About the role**
- Lead the development and implementation of sales strategies and set sales goals to maximizethe organization and its sales and customer loyalty.
- Directs the development and implementation of strategies to promote the organization and its goods and services to as many people as possible.

**Skills & Requirements**:
To be successful in this role you will require the following skills, experience, and qualifications:

- 3 years’ experience in a similar position
- Previous sales or business development experience will be highly regarded.
- Proven experience increasing sales and building business.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written, and verbal
- Superior attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Professional presentation and work ethic
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain solid working relationships with customers, suppliers, owners, and staff.
- Ability to build, maintain and seek new opportunities and partnerships within the local market.
- An infectious passion for delivering a memorable customer experience and creating loyalty of customers.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- American River, SA 5221: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales and marketing: 2 years (preferred)
