Facilities Management Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to lead our operations team in Brisbane. As a key member, you will be responsible for delivering services at a tactical and transactional level.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in facilities maintenance, trade management, and/or scheduling, as well as relevant trade qualifications. They will also possess excellent communication skills, strong computer skills, and the ability to manage interfaces between operational management, site management, sub-contractors, and clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining overall delivery of services at a tactical and transactional level
  • Managing planned, corrective, and unplanned deliverables to ensure completion within compliance, contract, and KPI timeframes
  • Working within a safe and efficient manner to manage interfaces between operational management, site management, sub-contractors, and clients
  • Ensuring site compliance with HSEQ policies and procedures to maintain a sustainable safety culture
