Maintenance and Operations Director

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead the engineering and maintenance functions in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive engineering leadership experience within FMCG or manufacturing sectors.
\The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of supervisors, trades, and planners across electrical and mechanical disciplines. They will ensure compliance with safety and environmental policies, oversee preventative maintenance, equipment reliability, and minimization of downtime.
