Theatre Operations Director

This senior leadership role plays a pivotal part in overseeing the overall theatre operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Excellence: Manage the theatre in accordance with company policies and guidelines to achieve exceptional results.
  • Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to grow revenue ahead of market targets.
  • Asset Performance: Maximise asset performance through effective management and maintenance.
  • Business Transformation: Identify and implement improvements to drive business transformation.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of staff by providing coaching, training, and development opportunities.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • NPS (Net Promoter Score) results.
  • eNPS results.
  • WHS Audit inspections and quarterly WHS audits meet company benchmarks.
  • Payroll and rostering forecasting reports accurate and on time.
  • Internal audit results meet company benchmarks.
  • Adherence to local council food inspections, OLGR, and any relevant state/territory or national regulatory conditions.
Requirements
  1. 2-5 years' experience as an Assistant Theatre Operations Director or similar role.
  2. Demonstrated experience with sales figures and managing Operating Statements.
  3. Demonstrated experience in achieving sales targets.
  4. High level of computer literacy.
  5. Senior First Aid Certification.
  6. RSA (relevant to state/territory requirements).
  7. RMLV (relevant to state/territory requirements).
  8. Approved Manager Licence (relevant to state/territory requirements).
