Clean Service Operations Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to play a key role in providing front-line management and supervision of clean service operations across a portfolio within our Melbourne contract.

This is a 12-month fixed term position operating between the hours of 7.30pm to 3am.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Planning, organizing, and prioritizing work in order to meet targets and strict deadlines and provide timely and accurate information to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop effective working relationships with both clients and the contract team ensuring the successful delivery of all operational clean service projects.
  • Build and maintain mutually beneficial client relationships and promote our range of cleaning services to clients. Actively seek to identify and develop new business opportunities and drive growth within the contract.
  • Regularly monitor contract performance to ensure compliance standards and KPIs are met and that service is provided in accordance with the specifications and terms of the contract.
  • Demonstrate an ability to lead and take on the responsibility of ensuring all work tasks are completed in a timely, accurate and compliant way.
Requirements:
  • A qualification in Clean Operations or tertiary qualifications in a business related discipline (or demonstrated equivalent professional training and experience).
  • Proven experience in the management of multisite clean service operations under a commercial arrangement.
  • Experience working in a professional clean service capacity, with experience in commercial contract management preferred, including Contract and KPI management, Client relationship development and contract growth, and day to day administrative and auditing tasks.
  • Demonstrated experience in the review of work schedules and client reports, and other performance data used to measure goal achievement and to determine areas needing improvement.
  • An understanding of integrated facilities contracts and statutory obligations.
