Regional Operations Manager

We seek a seasoned and motivated professional to lead our operations in a designated region.

About the Role

This high-growth position offers the opportunity to drive outcomes, support teams, and deliver exceptional results. As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for multiple services and report to an experienced operations leader.

Your Responsibilities
  • Lead embedded practice across your services
  • Implement industry best practices, safety, quality, and compliance standards
  • Coach and mentor your teams with a focus on improvement and knowledge sharing
  • Oversee rostering, financials, and community engagement
  • Critical reflection and planning to support increases in child outcomes
Your Requirements
  • Previous experience in the OSHC or childcare industry is required
  • Experience as a Regional Manager
  • Strong knowledge of industry processes and regulations
  • Understanding of internal policies and procedures
  • A positive attitude and approach with a genuine desire for change
