Job Title: Operations Leader

Are you a dynamic and strategic leader seeking to spearhead the success of our club? We're on the hunt for an exceptional General Manager to drive growth, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and lead our team to new heights.

This is a pivotal role that requires strong leadership skills, business acumen, and a passion for delivering results. As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of Assistant Managers, MODs, Front Desk employees, Childcare Directors and Associates, Lifeguards, Tennis Professionals, and Club Attendants.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive membership growth and revenue increase.
  • Maintain a welcoming atmosphere for members, prospective members, and guests by ensuring staff adhere to high customer service standards.
  • Support staff growth and skill development through training and mentorship programs.
  • Promote a superior customer experience within the club by fostering open communication and resolving issues promptly and respectfully.
  • Actively promote the club within local communities to grow membership and visibility.
  • Monitor compliance with policies, procedures, and standards to ensure operational excellence.

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS: The position reports directly to the executive in charge of club operations or a Regional Manager.
