About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to join our team at Team Global Express. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing our most valuable client relationships and driving business growth through strategic account management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Growth Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive growth plans tailored to each client to drive business expansion and revenue growth.
  • Nurture Executive-Level Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with executive-level clients to strengthen loyalty and engagement.
  • Identify Cross-Selling Opportunities: Identify opportunities to expand current services and cross-sell additional solutions to drive continuous and sustainable business growth.
  • Advocate for Client Requirements: Advocate for client requirements at both executive and operational levels, developing innovative solutions to address their challenges and improve their experience.
  • Manage Sales and Revenue Forecasts: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales and revenue forecasts, ensuring all opportunities are reported and progressed within target timeframes.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Proven Track Record: Proven ability to create compelling sales proposals and deliver impactful presentations that resonate with high-level stakeholders.
  • Relationship Building: Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships from C-Suite executives down to operational contacts, ensuring deep and lasting client connections.
  • Strategic Account Management: Experience in developing and executing strategies to retain and grow a client portfolio, with a focus on long-term business development and client loyalty.
  • Commercial Insight: Demonstrated commercial insight, including customer and opportunity planning, and accurate revenue forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
  • Negotiation Skills: Proven expertise in negotiating contracts, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the client, and securing long-term business agreements.
