Compensation:
The salary range for this role is $80,000 - $85,000 plus superannuation and additional benefits.
About the Organization:
Our client, a prominent educational institution located in the northern suburbs, is seeking a Project Coordinator to enhance their Professional Development team. You will report directly to the Professional Development Manager and work in conjunction with a Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for professional development inquiries within the organization.
- Assist with the administrative operations of the department.
- Oversee the daily operational elements of the Training Curriculum Project.
- Incorporate industry best practices and professional learning into all training design strategies and initiatives.
- Coordinate and manage both internal and external project plans, actions, and risk administration activities.
- Contribute to the creation of learning materials.
- A Certificate IV in Training & Assessment or a relevant tertiary qualification is preferred.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in report writing and presentations.
- Experience in project management.
- A solid background in administration and customer service.
- A proactive and positive work attitude.
- Proficiency in the MS Office Suite.
- Ability to collaborate across functions and think critically and strategically.
