Senior Manager, Real Estate Advisory

The role of a Senior Manager in our Real Estate Advisory team involves managing and coordinating engagements to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery. This includes developing business development strategies, engaging with clients, and preparing proposals.

As a Senior Manager, you will be working on significant projects across various sectors, including residential development, social and affordable housing, and more. You will have the opportunity to maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate engagements to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery
  • Develop business development strategies, engage with clients, and prepare proposals
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in property economics or a real estate-focused degree
  • Certified Practising Valuer registration (desirable)
  • Real Estate Licence (desirable)
Desirable Skills and Experience
  • Previous experience in general real estate advisory, preferably in government and/or private sectors
  • Proficiency in commercial real estate platforms and financial modelling in Excel
  • Understanding of real estate technical competencies and ability to interpret reports
