We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented team player who excels in organisation and is driven to exceed client expectations.
As a key member of our team, you'll ensure our operations run smoothly and contribute to our overall success.
Role and Responsibilities:
Prospecting, lead generation, marketing, and sales activities
Extensive diary management to optimise the lead agents schedule with clients and the team
Coordination of marketing bookings and materials, with precise proofing
Email management
Comprehensive database management, including data entry, contact maintenance, and task tracking
Independent management of daily tasks
Professional communication with clients to deliver a seamless end-to-end experience
General administrative tasks, including typing letters, emails, goals, stock lists, etc.
Organisation of weekly flyer and letter drops
Liaising with vendors, buyers, solicitors, and suppliers
Availability for Saturday work (open homes, buyer inspections)
Skills and Experience:
Previous experience in a sales role; real estate experience is preferred but not essential
Solution-focused with the ability to work independently
Exceptional attention to detail
Outstanding organisation and time management skills
Excellent communication abilities
Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities
Proficient in database operation and Microsoft Office
Holds a current QLD Registration Certificate (Real Estate)
