Why Join Us One-stop service business platform Uncapped earning potential and wide range of career options Comprehensive in-house training and one-on-one mentoring Ongoing professional development Access to industry-leading technology and products Supportive team environment Roles Early Stage (Store Promoter) Promote the store's brand, products, or services Introduce customers to the latest promotions and featured products Assist in executing store and team activities during company events each month Record customer feedback, collect potential customer contact information, and report accordingly Complete other promotional tasks as required by the store Later Stage (Branch Director) Responsible for the sales of company real estate projects in one or multiple Australian cities, including products such as apartments, villas, and land Build and manage a local sales team according to the Australian market strategy; daily management, training, incentive mechanisms, and develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies Develop sales plans, assemble and train sales teams, expand and maintain sales channels Monitor sales progress, analyze data, and adjust strategies to ensure growth Establish and improve customer service systems; handle complaints and enhance satisfaction and brand loyalty Build relationships with local developers, financial institutions, and competitors to support operations Manage and lead the sales team; establish performance standards and train the team Control budget for sales team marketing expenses to ensure efficient execution Education Preferred majors: Marketing, Real Estate Management, Architecture, or related fields Language skills: Fluent in Mandarin and English (listening, speaking, reading, writing) to communicate with international clients and teams Work Experience Industry experience: 5+ years in real estate sales; at least 3 years as a team leader; experience selling apartments, land, or villas preferred Management experience: Experience managing a sales team of 10+ people Event experience: Experience hosting real estate events (roadshows, client appreciation events, presentations, property tours) preferred Overseas market experience: Experience selling overseas real estate in Thailand or working in Australian real estate sales preferred Core Competencies Market insight: Understanding of real estate markets and trends Team management: Strong leadership to motivate the team to achieve sales goals Stress tolerance: Ability to work under pressure and close deals Personal Qualities Customer service orientation: Understand customer needs and enhance satisfaction Learning ability: Quick learner; adapt to market trends and policy changes Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation Other Requirements Client resources: Existing client resources and networks to drive project sales Policy awareness: Familiar with real estate laws and regulations; adjust marketing strategies as policies change Job Details Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Sales and Management Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Award Global.
