About Claims Assessment
We are seeking an experienced Claims Assessor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of trade credit insurance policy structures and claimable events.
Job Responsibilities:- Assess and manage trade credit claims from lodgement through to resolution.
- Interpret complex policy wordings and endorsements to determine coverage applicability.
- Investigate the cause of loss and confirm compliance with policy conditions.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in the trade credit insurance industry or similar financial claims environment.
- Prior experience in claims assessment, collections, insolvency, or commercial credit risk highly regarded.
- Strong working knowledge of trade credit insurance policy structures and claimable events.
