About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Project Manager to assist in the planning, execution, and successful completion of HVAC projects. This role is perfect for someone looking to develop their project management skills while gaining in-depth experience in the HVAC industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth communication and project progress.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress, ensure adherence to safety protocols, and resolve on-site issues.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and company policies.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including work schedules, progress reports, and project updates.
  • Testing and commissioning works on site as well as installation work when required.
  • Using Simpro for field service management.
  • Monitor project schedules and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and managing resources effectively.

Requirements
  • Basic knowledge using Simpro.
  • Experienced in reading plans and technical specifications.
  • Familiarity with HVAC industry standards and safety regulations.
  • OHS white card, driving license, and tools.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
