We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Administrator to join our team. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Account Managers and dealer network, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to kick-start or advance their career in sales. You will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, including data entry, report preparation, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be proficient in all PWT systems, including SAP, Pioneer Direct, Microsoft Suite, Teams, Google Shared Drive, Google Earth, Kronos, and HubSpot.
  • Gather relevant data and present it to management for use in monthly reporting and auditing.
  • Understand tasks relevant to the Dealer Support Specialist role and provide support as needed.
  • Interact with the PWT Digital Marketing Team and contribute to social media activities.
  • Take a lead role in coordinating social functions and national and state-based conference planning.
  • Gather and collate data relevant to national and regional government and local authority grants.
  • Support account managers with general data entry, organizing information, and notification releases.
  • Provide customer service and handle basic phone inquiries.
  • Responsible for basic counter sales and competitor information gathering.
  • Gather accurate monthly data for Dealer Referral and Incentive reports.
Skills and Experience
  • Proficiency in office operating tools, including Microsoft Suite, SAP, HubSpot, and all in-house CRM systems.
  • Customer service skills and experience.
  • Water storage industry experience or steel fabrication industry experience (desirable).
