Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Administrator to join our team. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Account Managers and dealer network by providing administrative assistance and data analysis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to kick-start or advance their career in sales. You will have the chance to work with a range of systems, including SAP, Microsoft Suite, and Google Shared Drive, and contribute to the success of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to our Account Managers, including data entry, report preparation, and communication with dealers.
- Assist with data analysis and present findings to management for use in monthly reporting and auditing.
- Develop and maintain relationships with our dealer network, providing support and guidance as needed.
- Collaborate with our Digital Marketing Team to develop and implement social media strategies.
- Coordinate social functions and national and state-based conference planning.
- Research and gather data on national and regional government and local authority grants that could benefit our sales efforts.
- Provide general office support, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and performing basic marketing tasks.
- Responsible for basic counter sales and customer service.
- Undertake competitor research and gather information for presentation to management.
- Prepare and provide accurate monthly data for Dealer Referral and Incentive reports.
- Proficiency in office operating tools, including Microsoft Suite, SAP, and Google Shared Drive.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Experience in the water storage industry or steel fabrication industry is desirable.
