About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Administrator to join our team, supporting our Account Managers and dealer network. This multifaceted role will see you navigating a range of back-end administrative tasks across various channels, playing a pivotal role in keeping our operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proficiency in all PWT systems, including SAP, Pioneer Direct, Microsoft Suite, Teams, Google Shared Drive, Google Earth, Kronos, and HubSpot.
  • Gather relevant data and present it to management for use in monthly reporting and auditing.
  • Understand tasks relevant to the Dealer Support Specialist role and provide support as required.
  • Interact with the PWT Digital Marketing Team and be proactive in our social media presence.
  • Take a lead role in all aspects of PWT's social functions coordination and national conference planning.
  • Gather and collate data on national and regional government grants that benefit sales in specific areas.
  • Support account managers with general data entry, organizing information, and notification releases.
  • General office duties, including basic phone customer inquiries and counter sales.
  • Undertake competitor information gathering and collation for presentation to management.
  • Responsible for gathering accurate monthly data for Dealer Referral and Incentive reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in office operating tools, including Microsoft Suite, SAP, HubSpot, and in-house CRM systems.
  • Customer service skills.
  • Experience in the water storage industry or steel fabrication industry (desirable).

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
