Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Onboarding Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient onboarding of customers across various business divisions, in line with group policies and procedures.

This role plays a crucial part in preventing financial crime and terrorist financing, making it an exciting opportunity for those passionate about risk management.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and group standards, including KYC and AML checks.
  • Administer and accurately update the onboarding pipeline, maintaining complete records of customer documentation.
  • Work closely with the Financial Crime team and other stakeholders to ensure seamless onboarding processes.

Requirements
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in client onboarding or a related field.
  • Excellent knowledge of regulatory requirements, particularly in KYC and AML.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
