Director of Business Operations

We are seeking a skilled Operations Director to lead our Australian operations, driving business performance and customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the operational team achieves project goals and contract fulfillment, identifying suitable subcontractors, and managing service performance in accordance with targets and KPIs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute operational strategies to drive business growth and profitability
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service delivery and issue resolution
- Collaborate with local Sales, Project Management, HSE, and Managing Director to achieve business objectives
- Manage operations in Project Execution and the service organization
- Over 10 years' experience in wind farm project execution and service management
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business results
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English
