The Director of Business Operations will be a key member of our leadership team, responsible for ensuring that the organisation operates with integrity, transparency, and accountability. The role will involve:
- Providing strategic expertise and guidance on critical business functions
- Overseeing governance, finance, and risk management
- Embedding a culture of safeguarding while influencing stakeholders
- Driving business optimisation and data-driven decision making
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A qualification in Law, Governance, Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field
- Previous experience in policy, governance, compliance, finance, and risk management
- Strong analytical skills and budget management expertise
- Effective stakeholder engagement and communication skills
