
Senior Revenue Growth Specialist

This is a high-impact role that requires a commercial leader with strong product vision to drive revenue growth and innovation for our gaming business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of launching new products or ventures that generate revenue and solve real user problems.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
Designing new revenue streams and monetization models for our player base;
Collaborating with game partners to test early hypotheses, gather signal, and refine our monetization model through fast, high-integrity experimentation;
Building a sustainable, scalable playbook that can be operationalized across our game network and supported by future team expansion;
The ideal candidate will have:
A strong track record of commercial ownership and product launch experience;
Experience working in fast-paced, zero-to-one environments where the right answer isn't obvious and success comes from structured testing, customer intimacy, and decisive execution;
The ability to sell a product vision early and pitch an idea with energy, conviction, and enough rigour to bring internal and external stakeholders on board;
Deep curiosity about how consumer products monetize and a passion for gaming psychology;
