Job Description

In this exciting new opportunity, you will be responsible for maintaining and building existing and new infrastructures on several (virtual) servers with diverse functionalities across the globe. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to adapt to changing requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the design and maintenance of existing environments to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and implement solutions.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the domain, business needs, and technical challenges to provide expert consulting services.
  • Establish system and application management procedures to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years' experience as a Support Engineer with a proven track record of success.
  • Proficiency in one or multiple of the following domains: Linux/Windows, Hardware/Laptops/phone systems/virtualization/Oracle/SQL Servers/Azure/Active Directory.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for training and client meetings.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in an Agile Environment.
