About the Role

We are partnering with a leading Industrial Services company to appoint a State Business Development & Bid Manager to drive growth across New South Wales and the ACT.

As a strategic leader, you will lead the state's business development strategy, strengthen critical client relationships, and oversee the end-to-end bid process to secure major contracts. A key part of your remit will be leading and coaching a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and growth. You will also work closely with internal stakeholders to anticipate client needs and deliver innovative, commercially sound solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the state's business development strategy for New South Wales and the ACT.
