Overview:

As a senior business leader, you will be responsible for leading our client's operations in Australia. Your primary focus will be on driving business growth and expansion into new markets.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to increase sales and revenue
• Foster strong relationships with customers, key opinion leaders, doctors, and industry executives to achieve short-term targets and plan for future growth
• Manage local teams (Sales & Marketing, Customer Services, and back-office) to ensure seamless delivery of services
• Identify and pursue business development opportunities, in coordination with the Asia President and Corporate Business Unit leaders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improvement
• Occasional international travel may be required

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Strong business acumen and rich experience in the Aesthetics Medical Device field is essential.
• 10+ years' experience in managing a Sales & Marketing function
• Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
• Strong leadership, management, interpersonal, and communication skills (verbal, written, presentation)
• Integrity and entrepreneurial spirit are highly valued
