**Strategic Growth Leader**
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our State Manager team and drive strategic growth in NSW.
This is a rare opportunity for an accomplished leader to step into a state manager role, leading a team of experienced Regional/Area Managers across the state.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A proven track record of setting strategic agendas and driving operational performance
- Strong capability building skills, with experience in creating succession plans and identifying development opportunities
- Excellent service level management skills, with a focus on senior external partnerships
- A passion for people and service delivery innovation
Key areas of the role include:
- Setting the strategic agenda for the state, refining current roadmaps in collaboration with executive leadership
- Capability building across the leadership team, creating succession plans and identifying development opportunities
- Service level management for senior external partnerships
- Driving both operational performance and innovation across the state
The successful candidate will be an occupational rehabilitation industry expert, with a strong understanding of the needs of Rehabilitation Consultants, Team Leaders, and Area Managers. They will also have:
- 8-10+ years industry experience, with at least 4-5 of these being in leadership positions
- Strong NSW Workers Comp knowledge
Salary can be negotiated based on experience between $140k-$160k + super + attractive incentives/benefits. The role will be based out of our inner city head office, with flexibility offered.
