Sales and Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Cartology. As a Sales and Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the Agency Sales team to achieve their revenue targets by providing administrative support, including assistance in preparing for internal stakeholder meetings, client meetings, and presentations.

  • Support the delivery of revenue streams from a portfolio of both existing and new clients.
  • Assist in the management and regular reporting of sales funnels.
  • Campaign assistance, inclusive of scheduling, post-campaign reporting, among other related tasks.
  • Developing detailed knowledge of all inventory and products, along with checking competitive inventory where required.
  • Sourcing, collating, and typing correspondence and requests for the Sales team; keeping proof of posting requests and delivery; and general administrative duties on demand.

What you'll bring

  • A high level of attention to detail and accuracy, making sure information is correctly stored and recorded appropriately on internal platforms and systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, with an open, honest, and respectful communication style with internal and external stakeholders alike.
  • Advanced level of PowerPoint/Google Slides and Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Excellent customer service and time management skills.
  • An understanding of the retail media environment is highly desirable.
