About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Gough Recruitment AU.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle all sales administration tasks with attention to detail
  • Liaise with vendors, buyers, and solicitors to facilitate smooth transactions
  • Coordinate photo shoots, floor plans, marketing materials, and agent branding
  • Prepare and attend proposals, presentations, and auctions
  • Manage exchanges and settlements with precision
  • Meet and greet clients, attend meetings, and functions with professionalism
  • Support the Director with ad hoc administration duties
  • Assist with marketing initiatives to drive business growth

Requirements

  • Prior experience in sales administration is essential
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must
  • Proficiency in Word and Outlook is required
  • The ability to work proactively and independently is necessary
  • Strong administration and communication skills are a must
  • A Certificate of Registration or willingness to obtain is necessary
