Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our TVD Sales team as a Sales and Marketing Coordinator. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the sales team, including updating product reports, cross-checking deals, and managing client databases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the TVD Sales team to update monthly, weekly, and quarterly product reports and licensee reports.
  • Cross-check finalized deals with the production system to ensure accurate details.
  • Work on proactive initiatives with the TVD Sales team to develop sales strategies.
  • Provide administrative support for various projects, including budgets, presentations, and data entry.
  • Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and perform general clerical duties.
  • Maintain and update client databases and systems, including SAP, Salesforce, Safe, and Microstrategy.
  • Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities for sales.
Requirements
  • Proficient in MS Office, including PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Good communication and analytical skills.
  • Desire to learn and grow with the company.
  • Understanding of the Australian and American media landscapes, particularly TV.
