Job Title: Sales & Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Gough Recruitment AU. As a Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales team, coordinating marketing efforts, and maintaining accurate records and files.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing marketing materials, coordinating open houses, and managing records and files.
  • Coordinate marketing efforts, including publishing listings online, creating marketing materials, and managing social media accounts.
  • Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files, including client information, marketing materials, and sales data.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Strong administrative skills, including data entry, record-keeping, and communication.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles and practices, including social media marketing and content creation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
