About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Gough Recruitment AU. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all marketing campaigns, database management, data entry, and other administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate all marketing campaigns, including booking photography, updating brochures and sign boards, and ordering and sending out invoices.
  • Database management, data entry integrity, contact, and calendar management.
  • Booking photography, updating brochures and sign boards, and ordering and sending out invoices.
  • Process management agreements, lead campaigns, and update the CRM.
  • Complete data entry, report preparation, market research, and comparable analysis.
  • Uphold professional standards, maintain a presentable office environment, and perform general office administrative duties as required.
  • Provide professional communication to clients and deliver a positive end-to-end experience.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in real estate administration is advantageous.
  • High level organisational skills and a strong attention to detail.
  • The ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities.
  • A focused, proactive, and motivated personality.
  • A strong work ethic and positive outlook.
  • High level problem solving and time management skills.
  • A tech savvy mindset and be comfortable with new technologies.
