About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Gough Recruitment AU. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Sales Department, ensuring the smooth operation of our marketing efforts, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative assistance to the Sales Department, including compiling appraisal packs, marketing quotations, and calendars.
  • Coordinate marketing arrangements for upcoming listings, including preparing open-for-inspection packs and just listed/auction/sold letters.
  • Publish listings online, making necessary adjustments to price guides or details.
  • Organize and manage records and files for upcoming property listings.
  • Collaborate with the Accounts and Compliance teams to ensure meticulous tracking of marketing funds and completion of compliance requirements.
  • Set a precedent within the team by consistently upholding professionalism, adhering to office policies and procedures, and proactively approaching assigned tasks.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager in the implementation of new processes, policies, software, or initiatives, fostering a collaborative environment.
Requirements
  • Previous residential Real Estate experience in NSW.
  • Possession of a Real Estate Licence & valid Driver's Licence.
  • Strong administration skills.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication.
  • Organised, thorough, systems orientated with meticulous attention to detail.
  • A proven ability to build strong client relationships and maintain an excellent customer focus.
  • Strong knowledge of the local area is essential.
