Human Resources and Payroll Professional

As a skilled human resources and payroll professional, you will thrive in a dynamic environment where every day presents new challenges and opportunities for growth. You will be responsible for managing HR inquiries, processing payroll accurately, and overseeing the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires.

This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to accuracy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage HR inquiries and provide assistance to employees on various HR matters.
  • Process payroll accurately and in compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
  • Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist with HR projects and initiatives, such as training and development programs.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and support employee relations efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals and objectives.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Exposure to HRIS and/or payroll software is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Previous experience in HR and/or payroll administration (for advanced roles).
  • A degree or certification in human resources, business administration, or a related field is preferred but not required for entry-level positions.
