Facilities Management Coordinator

This role involves overseeing the delivery of cleaning and other soft services at a busy airport hub.

As Facilities Management Coordinator, you will ensure high standards of cleanliness, compliance, and customer service are consistently achieved in a fast-paced environment.

  • Coordinate and oversee delivery of soft services including cleaning, pest control, gardens, grounds and waste management
  • Manage consumables and chemical ordering, usage reconciliation, and supplier coordination
  • Conduct and report on routine cleaning inspections, raising action items and ensuring follow-up
  • Facilitate BU meetings and prepare agendas/minutes
  • Prioritise and deliver month-end reporting requirements
  • Liaise with client representatives, internal teams, and vendors to ensure expectations are exceeded
  • Utilise work order management systems effectively to track, allocate, and report tasks

Key Skills and Qualifications

For this role, we are looking for candidates with:

  • Experience in cleaning or soft services contract management
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Confidence working with high-profile clients in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
