Job Summary:

  • Evaluate airport staff performance and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure flight operations are conducted in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to passengers and other stakeholders.

About the Role:

  • This role is responsible for coordinating airport services, ensuring smooth flight operations, and providing excellent customer experience.
  • Responsibilities include managing airport staff, coordinating with airport authorities, and negotiating agreements with airport teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate station staff performance and provide feedback to enhance overall performance.
  • Ensure flights are operated safely and efficiently, meeting company standards.
  • Provide front-line support to the airport team, ensuring they remain focused on delivering premium revenue in the corporate sector.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary education or equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in airport services, with at least 2 years of managerial experience.
  • Fluency in English and local language (written and oral).
  • Ability to communicate effectively in Cantonese and Mandarin (an advantage).
  • Proven supervisory and people management experience.
  • Excellent customer service skills and problem-solving attitude.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Able to work under pressure and provide direction to the airport team.
  • Willingness to take shift duties.

About You:

  • You will have a tertiary education or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 8 years of experience in airport services, with at least 2 years of managerial experience.
