About Us:

This role is ideal for a proactive and skilled individual to oversee the day-to-day delivery of cleaning and other soft services at a busy aviation hub.

  • Coordinate and manage the delivery of various soft services, including cleaning, pest control, gardening, ground maintenance, and waste management
  • Manage consumables and chemicals ordering, usage reconciliation, and supplier coordination to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Conduct routine cleaning inspections, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to maintain high standards
  • Facilitate meetings with stakeholders, prepare agendas, and record minutes to ensure effective communication
  • Prioritize and deliver monthly reporting requirements to inform business decisions
  • Liaise with clients, internal teams, and vendors to exceed expectations and drive customer satisfaction

Your Qualifications:

  • Experience in cleaning or contract management
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work with high-profile clients in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CMMS systems
