Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Administration Assistant to join our team at the Department of Education, Western Australia. As an Administration Assistant, you will play a key role in providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to our staff, including preparing documents, managing records, and coordinating meetings.
- Use advanced features in Microsoft products to prepare documents, including brochures, spreadsheets, charts, and tables.
- Apply the requirements of the Department of Education communication style guide and monitor workflows to ensure deadlines are met.
- Prepare and distribute agendas, take minutes, and associated documents.
- Undertake follow-up actions when required and assist managerial staff meet their financial, procurement, and human resources responsibilities.
