Job Title: Studio Coordinator

A highly motivated and organized individual is required to join our Video Production and Content Team. The successful candidate will support agencies across the Government in achieving their communications objectives.

The role requires coordination and operations of a new purpose-built video production studio serving multiple agencies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate live stream events, manage event setup and teardown.
  • Prepare and set up the studio for events and film shoots.
  • Balance studio maintenance and upkeep alongside other competing priorities.
  • Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Deliver results under pressure with a sense of urgency.
Requirements:
  • Excellent time management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative approach.
  • A genuine interest in technology and live event environments.
  • A proactive attitude and professional outlook.
  • Demonstrated experience with scheduling, booking, and coordinating studio activities.
  • A commitment to ensuring the studio and equipment are in a state of readiness.
  • Lighting, Audio, and Technical skills are highly regarded.
  • Previous experience in a dedicated video/film studio environment is highly regarded.
