Video Content Producer Role

This role is focused on managing logistics, timelines, and communication across a wide range of projects. As a key member of the production team, you will work closely with editors, field crew, animators, and clients to ensure that all projects run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating schedules, budgets, timelines, and resources across pre-production, production, and post-production.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring clear communication and a positive client experience.
  • Support the General Manager in shaping project timelines, production schedules, run sheets, and post-production briefs.
  • Organise logistics including locations, freelance crew, catering, permits, and equipment.
  • Brief and support the field crew and attend shoots in a coordination or on-set producer capacity when needed.
  • Work closely with editors and post-production to ensure feedback is actioned, brand guidelines are met, and final outputs are polished and on-brief.
  • Create and manage production budgets, tracking actuals, and ensuring work is delivered within scope.
  • Quality check edits before delivery, ensuring client feedback has been addressed and the work meets our standards.
  • Use project management tools to maintain visibility and documentation across all stages of production.
  • Contribute to team meetings, production pod planning, and process improvements.
  • Support your pod with clear communication and occasional administrative tasks to help keep the team on track.
  • Maintain a calm, proactive, and solutions-focused attitude, especially when challenges arise.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in video production, ideally in a fast-paced or corporate setting.
  • A strong understanding of pre-production workflows, including casting, prop sourcing, permits, and location scouting.
  • Confidence working directly with clients and coordinating crews on set.
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and a calm, proactive mindset when things get busy.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both in writing and on the phone, with internal teams, clients, and freelancers.
  • Ability to review edits and give clear, constructive feedback to post-production teams.
  • Comfortable working independently but thriving as part of a collaborative, fast-moving team.
