About the Role: Video Editor / Motion Designer / VFX Artist

We're seeking a versatile creative who thrives on crafting impactful edits, dynamic motion graphics, and polished visual effects. If you're a highly skilled storyteller who loves experimenting across video, design, and emerging AI workflows—this is your chance to work on global campaigns with a passionate, collaborative team.

This role is ideal for someone who can:

• Communicate confidently and effectively with teammates and clients.
• Construct strong narratives with exceptional attention to detail.
• Push creative boundaries across video editing, motion design, and VFX.
• Leverage new generative AI tools (e.g. Runway, Higfeild) to enhance creative output.
• Stay ahead of trends, tech, and techniques in the ever-evolving video landscape.

Your Experience

We're looking for candidates with:

• 3+ years of agency or studio experience as a video editor/motion designer.
• Strong storytelling and narrative-building ability.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro and After Effects, with advanced VFX skills (compositing, tracking, rotoscoping, keying).
• Experience using generative AI platforms such as Runway or Higfeild to support ideation, visual development, and production.
• Solid understanding of post-production workflows and folder structures.
• Familiarity with sound design and its role in storytelling.
• Knowledge of social/online platforms, culture, and trends.
• 3D skills (Blender, Maya, Unreal, Cinema4D) are a bonus but not essential.
• An eye for detail, a knack for problem-solving, and a passion for great work.
