Since 2016, we've produced more than 300 podcast series, generated over 30 million video views, and delivered chart-topping shows.

The Opportunity.

We are now looking for a passionate video producer who enjoys a fast-paced environment to join our growing team in a full-time role based at 70 Castlereagh St, Sydney.

You will collaborate with our podcasters to enhance their content, deliver a seamless studio recording experience that captures high-quality audio and video, produce short-form video content, and edit full-length video podcasts.

The Role

  • Podcast recording set-up and operation
  • Recording podcasts online, on location, and in our podcast studios
  • Delivering an excellent client experience.
  • Podcast Recording post-production (processing + file management)
  • Social media highlight creation.
  • Full-length video creation.
  • Editing podcast episodes with sharp attention to detail.
  • Commitment to ongoing training and development to improve technical and professional skills
  • We may also assign you other duties that align with your position, training, and experience.

Who are we looking for?

A person who is passionate and confident with excellent interpersonal skills. You'll be responsible for guiding many people through the recording process each day, required to voice your creative opinion during sessions and manage various personalities.

Our structured approach to creating content ensures a streamlined, organised, and efficient workflow; however, you must consistently edit video content quickly and at a high standard.

You must have previous experience as a full-time video producer, excellent time management skills, and the ability to perform under pressure when required.
