Video Production Coordinator Job

We are seeking a skilled Video Production Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the production team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional video productions.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in production and possess strong organisational skills, prioritisation, and initiative-taking abilities. You will be responsible for coordinating production elements, booking and briefing crew, scheduling post-production, and updating teams with client feedback and requirements.

  • Clients services: day-to-day liaison, including briefings, asset gathering, production logistics, and draft review process
  • Inbound quoting (package-based videos, existing clients)
  • Understanding and responding to client needs, communicating these to the production and post-production teams
  • Coordinating production elements with support from other teams
  • Booking and briefing crew
  • Scheduling post-production and updating post-production with client feedback, deadline changes, and client requirements

Client Liaison: Providing exceptional client service, including briefings, asset gathering, and production logistics.

Requirements:

Prior Experience: Previous experience in video production or a related field.

Skills: Strong organisational skills, prioritisation, initiative-taking, accuracy, attention to detail, communication, and teamwork.

Qualifications: Relevant qualifications or certifications in video production or a related field.
