Key Leadership Role in Modernisation

The role of Product Owner in Core Platforms Modernisation is a key aspect of our organisation. As a Product Owner, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop your career while making an impact on our customers.

  • You will lead the design and delivery of epics linked to new core ledger strategy, working closely with stakeholders across the enterprise to drive business growth and success.
  • Epic level ownership from idea through to delivery, ensuring that customer needs and satisfaction are prioritised throughout the entire process.
  • Squad backlog management: Prioritisation and accountability of development squad backlog, considering impacts to customers, commercials and technology to achieve business objectives.
  • Change management including business impacts across customer and colleague experience.

We're looking for leaders who can make a real difference. You'll need:

  • Experience working on large scale transformation projects containing multiple streams, products and channels to deliver business outcomes.
  • Proven Product Ownership experience, preferably in core banking or related fields.
  • Ability to innovate and grasp new skills to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Strong stakeholder, business and technology capability to influence and drive results.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across Domains and technology to achieve common goals.
