Lead Platform Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Platform Architect to lead the modernization and scaling of our technology landscape.

The Opportunity

In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive transformational projects, develop cutting-edge platform and tooling strategies, and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

This position offers the chance to lead the evolution of developer tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based infrastructure to enhance scalability and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Platform Strategy - Develop and implement cutting-edge platform and tooling strategies to drive growth, innovation, and efficiency.
  • Team Leadership - Build and mentor a talented team of platform, DevOps, and data engineers, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.
  • Solution Delivery - Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver secure, operationally performant solutions that meet client needs.
  • Technology Oversight - Oversee enterprise technology, managing third-party providers to ensure reliability, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
Requirements

You are a seasoned technology leader with a passion for innovation and a proven track record of delivering impactful platforms and tools.

  • 10+ years of experience in technology roles, including 5+ years leading platform or tooling functions.
  • Expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS/Microsoft preferred) and DevOps practices.
  • Strong experience in security, CI/CD pipelines, and operational best practices.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on coaching and team development.
  • Proven ability to partner with and manage third-party providers effectively.
