As a senior leader in the technology sector, you will be responsible for shaping and executing a comprehensive strategy to modernize and scale our technological infrastructure and tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance scalability and performance.
  • Lead the evolution of developer tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based infrastructure.
  • Build and mentor a talented team of platform, DevOps, and data engineers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, operationally performant solutions.
  • Oversee enterprise technology and manage third-party providers to ensure reliability, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
  • Define and uphold standards for security, platform design, and operational excellence.
Requirements

You are a seasoned technology leader with 10+ years of experience in technology roles, including 5+ years leading platform or tooling functions. You have expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS/Microsoft preferred) and DevOps practices.

  • Proven track record of delivering impactful platforms and tools.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on coaching and team development.
  • Strong experience in security, CI/CD pipelines, and operational best practices.
  • Ability to partner with and manage third-party providers effectively.
