Chief Transformation Officer

We have a unique opportunity for an experienced technology leader to join our team and drive transformation in the eCommerce domain. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of digital technology leadership roles, with expertise in eCommerce platforms, composable architecture, cloud technologies, DevOps, and modern engineering practices.
About You:- Proven experience in leading complex transformation programs in high-pressure customer-focused environments.
- Strong skills in stakeholder management, influencing, and driving organisational change.
- Lead the end-to-end delivery, stability, and transformation of our eCommerce services.
- Define and execute the eCommerce technology strategy, enabling omnichannel growth and future AI integration.
- Ensure platform stability, scalability, and efficiency to support ongoing business performance.
- Oversee transformation initiatives, including Project Skyline, to modernise the eCommerce core engine.
- Be part of a pioneering effort to transform the core growth engine of the business to drive double-digit growth.
- Take on critical technology platforms and drive retail efficiency.
- Shape the future of omnichannel retail in Australia, with the opportunity to make a lasting impact on how millions of customers shop.
