Customer Service Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our customers. As a key point of contact, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and support to customers visiting our branch or engaging with our digital platforms
  • Engage in meaningful conversations to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions
  • Assist with banking transactions, including cash deposits and withdrawals, and ensure accurate end-of-day balancing
  • Educate customers on digital platforms, such as online banking and mobile apps
  • Identify opportunities to improve customers' financial wellbeing through targeted solutions
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies

Key Requirements:

  • Customer service experience, ideally in a customer-facing role
  • Numerical skills, including proficiency in handling cash and accuracy in financial transactions
  • An energetic personality and genuine passion for helping people
  • Resilience and ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new procedures and technologies
