Job Description

This role involves providing exceptional customer support through instrument installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. The successful candidate will have a strong ability to troubleshoot electronics, electrical, mechanical, and computer systems.

The ideal candidate will be able to work in potentially hazardous environments with chemicals and biologicals, and possess a valid driver's license and personal transportation with valid registration and insurance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Install new equipment and perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot and repair instrumentation, identifying root causes of failures.
  • Regularly commute to and from customer sites, adhering to traffic laws and navigating within the region.
