About the Job

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Field Service Engineer.


The ideal candidate will possess strong customer support skills and have experience working in both field and corporate environments.


  • Key responsibilities include installing new equipment, performing regular maintenance tasks, troubleshooting and repairing instrumentation efficiently, analyzing instrument failures to identify root causes, and implementing corrective actions.

Requirements
  • A high level of commitment to quality in all aspects of work is essential.
  • Demonstrated experience in both field and corporate environments is required.
  • The ability to train non-technical personnel on complex technical topics is also necessary.
  • Adherence to safety protocols due to potential hazardous chemicals and biologicals is crucial.
  • Candidates must be able to learn new robotic operating systems quickly.
  • A current, valid Driver License is mandatory.
  • Passing a motor vehicle history check is also required.
  • Reliable personal transportation with valid registration and insurance that can safely transport necessary equipment is essential.

Education/Experience
  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field from a recognized university is preferred, but not required.
