Change Implementation Lead

HealthShare NSW seeks a skilled professional to fill this position as a Change Implementation Lead. This exciting opportunity is ideal for someone with a proven track record of implementing change initiatives in complex service industry organisations.

Key responsibilities include developing and delivering change and adoption strategies, ensuring projects and programs are implemented with resounding success. As our Change Implementation Lead, you will be instrumental in evaluating the organisation's readiness for change, conducting culture assessments and plugging any gaps with your strategic brilliance.

  • Manage and deliver change management activities for significant change initiatives that impact various parts of a large and complex organisation.
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives, including planning, managing change, improving performance, and project managing.
  • Conduct stakeholder mapping and tracking, create and execute change artefacts to support project goals, and manage medium-scale change management projects.

This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, influencing skills, and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
